- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple, professional, and stress-free. 1. Initial Contact You tell me what type of service you need (notarization, I-9 verification, courier service, etc.), your preferred location, and desired appointment time. 2. Document Review (Recommended) To help speed up your appointment, I encourage customers to send a photo, screenshot, or copy of the document in advance whenever possible. This allows me time to review the notarial wording/block, confirm whether witnesses may be needed, and identify any potential issues before we meet. Please note: I cannot review or advise on the legal content of your documents, but I can verify whether the document contains the proper notarial language needed to complete the notarization. 3. Appointment Confirmation I confirm availability, pricing, and let you know what valid identification or supporting documents will be required. 4. Appointment Day I arrive professionally and on time, verify identity, ensure documents are signed properly, complete the notarial act, and answer any procedural questions you may have. 5. Follow-Up If needed, I’m happy to answer final questions to help ensure your experience was smooth and stress-free. My goal is to make the process convenient, efficient, and professional from start to finish.
