Introduction: I am a sole service representative with an Associates degree in Electronics and Computer Technology. Adittionally, I am halfway through my Bachelors program in Computer Engineering. I have been building and fixing on computers for about 15 years now. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic price is Thirty dollars for dkagnostics and travel. Addktional fees vary based on difficulty of fix. $30 cash is expected on arrival.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat evey customr as friend or family. Mutual respect is expected. K will thoroughly explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future.

I hold an Associatea degree in Computer and Elctronics Technology. And am curreny ly 1 yrar from obtaining my Bachelors in Computer Engineering Technology.
