- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take the time to listen to what you want, then provide you with an estimation based on our proprietary system that is 96% accurate. This takes into account the work necessary for developing what you request. We will then present you a solution...after we have heard the problem...and not before!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an intake process that is designed to flush out all of the parameters for the scope of work. Then we estimate the development requested, and present you the options we can provide. Once we agree, we conduct a Creative Audit to gather all pertinent content and assign responsibilities and milestones. Then, we start development and use Agile Development to complete each piece of the project. Once finished, we test and then release it to you for approval. All the way through the process, you are encouraged (if not expected) to be involved with the making of your technology.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a staff with MA in Telecommunications, Information Science and Media (Michigan State); MA in Serious Game Design (Michigan State); BA in Web Development (U-Wisc.); and a BA in Economics (Michigan State). Our company is Veteran-Owned. We are mission focused and used to doing things the right way.
