John Foley is unreliable, unresponsive, and dishonest. It was a full-time job just to keep track of him when he kept disappearing for weeks at a time. Hiring him was the single biggest mistake I have made as a homeowner. He lied to us. His work was shoddy until I hounded him to get it done right. Do not, under any circumstances, hire him.
