I am very pleased with this company and would use them again. I had to change the day of my appointment and the Gal I talked to was very accommodating. I do appreciate that. Regarding the worker which was Joshua, he was punctual, nice, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing in regards to my stove as the pilot went out. I also liked the fact that he showed the defective part after replacement. Other places I have used in the past didn't even do that. This place has their stuff together!!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment, Josh arrived within the allotted time, and he was professional throughout the service call. He diagnosed the problem with my 38-year-old (and much appreciated) dryer, had the parts with him to fix it and did so quickly. I would call this company again.
