- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set an estimate appointment, come, meet and discuss their project(s) with them, take notes and measurements, take these back to our project management team to review, and write the customers estimate. We then send your estimate by email and follow up with you in a few days. Once we receive your signed contract(s), we will call you to schedule beginning your project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a 4th generation masonry company. The business has been in the family for years.
