What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common and by far my favorite jobs are "after action reports" these reports are created by home inspectors after an inspection of a residential property for sale is done. These reports contain items that need to be repaired before the sale is completed. Could be anything from caulking a kitchen counter top, to cleaning gutters or repairing a furnace.
