- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three pricing levels but also offer custom packages to accommodate budgets of all sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a questionnaire to ensure we have the correct details about the event. Next, we send an online contract to ensure hosts understand the fine print. We will also schedule a call to learn more about the guests, the event and ways to make the event memorable. Lastly, we will arrive up to one hour before the event to make sure all guests arrive to a complete setup.

Our team has over fifteen years of sales, management and customer service experience in the event industry.
