- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless otherwise stated, all pricing includes all taxes and fees as described. Any service fees charged will be communicated beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, after a consultation, a research/planning fee is charged to provide comprehensive quotes based on our discussions and the traveler's needs. After the options have been proposed and the client chooses their vacation, a booking form a sent for completion. If the vacation can be held for a timeframe, a hold is placed to secure space. Once the booking form is completed, the vacation is secured and confirmations sent. If a balance is due, the client has the option to setup payment plans that work for them. Travel documents are sent about 14 days prior to departure and include all viable details and instructions for navigating to their destination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CTA, I have multiple destination specialties (Jamaica, Mexico, and Bahamas to name a few). I am a destination wedding specialist. Outside of my travel qualifications, I hold a BS, BBA, MS, and MBA.
