Introduction: My desire for travel led me to starting GDS (Global Divine Services) Travel Solutions in 2005. One of the most important aspects of travel for me is the ability to experience life from a different perspective. Which is why with me, you can, "Consider Yourself, THERE!" For me this is more than a tagline, it's a philosophy. A way of life. It's evident in my work ethic. I am driven by my client's desire to travel. From a first-time trip to Vegas, a Mediterranean cruise, to an all-inclusive Adults-only vacation, I take what my clients express as their wants and turn that into a reality. I use to plan our family's vacation until we were referred to GDS Travel Solutions. Working with Oshana at GDS is one of the best decisions I've made for my family vacation planning. All you have to do is give her your budget, the amount of people (children and adults)in your party, and what kind of adventure you want, you'll be amazed of her wisdom on a variety of destinations She's like a travel encyclopedia I am now stress free trying to plan for any vacation related events I was doing it all wrong. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless otherwise stated, all pricing includes all taxes and fees as described. Any service fees charged will be communicated beforehand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, after a consultation, a research/planning fee is charged to provide comprehensive quotes based on our discussions and the traveler's needs. After the options have been proposed and the client chooses their vacation, a booking form a sent for completion. If the vacation can be held for a timeframe, a hold is placed to secure space. Once the booking form is completed, the vacation is secured and confirmations sent. If a balance is due, the client has the option to setup payment plans that work for them. Travel documents are sent about 14 days prior to departure and include all viable details and instructions for navigating to their destination.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CTA, I have multiple destination specialties (Jamaica, Mexico, and Bahamas to name a few). I am a destination wedding specialist. Outside of my travel qualifications, I hold a BS, BBA, MS, and MBA.
