- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most couples, their costs will be around $1,500 with the following services provided: Professional DJ/Emcee Entertainment Assistance Planning Professional Reception Audio Sound System Reception/Cocktail Hour Wall Uplighting Dance Floor Lighting DJ Liability Insurance If more is needed, we can work with you to get any additions taken care of and make the planning stress free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer consists of contacting them over the phone to get to know the clients, and figure out what they are looking for in their event. We would then set up a date to meet in person and talk about what venue they have chosen, size of the room to figure out uplighting, and how many guests will be attending to figure out what audio equipment we will be using. The most important thing we do with our clients is get to know them, and understand what they are really looking for in our services.

I have worked in the music industry for about 8 years, where I have worked as a DJ/keyboard Technician(5 Years), Audio Technician(8 Years), Lighting Technician(8 Years), Video Technician(5 Years) and Wedding DJ/MC(5 Years).
