The owner is very professional and is willing to listen to the customers needs and concerns. We had an issue and he listened, fixed the problem and was really fair about it. I would recommend you use this company for gardening, lawn service and clean up.

Very prompt, courteous and personal communication and service. They moved very quickly on our landscaping project and we will now be doing an irrigation project with Encore very soon.

Thomas was extremely responsive to all of my questions about the quote and being a new customer. I didn't have to wait long at all to get a fair quote. Also want to mention that Thomas was a gentleman and extremely polite. I haven't had my cut or fertilization service yet but it will be coming up soon. I am looking forward to meet his crew.
