Bookkeeping pricing is a flat monthly rate based on your transaction volume and how many accounts need reconciling — no surprise fees. You'll get a clear quote up front, and discounts may be available for annual plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick intro call to understand your business and your current books. To get started, I just need your bank and credit card statements (as PDFs or CSVs), your receipts, and an invite to your QuickBooks account if you already use it. We share documents through a private client folder link set up just for you — never email passwords; for anything needing access, I'll send a secure invite instead. Then I clean up and reconcile your books every month so you always know what you made.
