FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Now offering massage therapy as a licensed massage therapist. Having a firm understanding of the body and all of its systems is key to producing the safest and most impactful results. I also attend conferences and seminars yearly to keep up on the ever-changing information that impacts the health industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I work with clients who have health restrictions anywhere from a disease to a physical limitation like a replacement. Struggling with a disease, disorder or any kind of limitation can be frustrating for people if they are trying to get back into some kind of fitness routine. So I help these clients with exercises and programs that only improve their current state rather than cause more damage. I pair these programs with massage to offer the most effective solution to gain strength, mobility and optimal health. For many, furthering a condition is very possible if any old routine is used instead of one specifically designed for your current health.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a firm believe in connection. Clients must be able to connect and trust the personal trainer and/or massage therapist they are working with. This is a journey you are taking in your life that will, in fact, require you to make many changes, as well as expose you to many knew experiences. If you cannot trust your practitioner or be honest with them it is highly likely you will not succeed with that trainer. It is OKAY to switch. Do not feel like you are hurting our feelings if you just cant seem to make it work with the trainer or therapist you are trying out. However, do not just keep changing trainers unless you are 100% sure you are putting in all you can to gain your own success.
