Burt mechanical responded very quickly and was able to outline the scope of the project. Burt Mechanical workers arrived when scheduled and completed the job in just a few hours. Burt mechanical staff were equipped with all the plumbing tools and supplies they needed to complete on site. They did an excellent job.

I knew a time frame of arrival 2 days prior (1600-1630). Was not notified the day of but they did arrive on time 1600. Luckily I was pulling up when they came. Was there all of 3 minutes left at 1603. When he left thats when the water heater issue occured. If I would have gotten notification they were on their way, would have seen what happens to the water heater.
