- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. $65 per individual personalized session, created based on your goals. Given distance, there may be an additional surcharge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk. We walk with the dog (that always tells me a lot about what's going on). We set goals, and I assign specific tasks for each session. I also recommend that the client keep a journal of the training experience-that becomes very helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a vet tech for many years. I have worked in shelters and rescues. I've also been able to work with some of the "greats" in the world of training.
