- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to many publications in the food industry and am constantly attending food workshops by local universities. I search internet sites and magazines for fabulous displays and new recipes. I strive to update my website with new menus and recipes and try to keep current with the latest trends in food and events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in themes and displays. Why have a veggie tray when you can have a veggie DISPLAY? We believe the presentation should WOW the guests. Let us create something awesome for your event. Whether it be a wedding, party, graduation or corporate event, there is no good reason the presentation should not be GREAT!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a grand opening for a local business. We created an antipasti display that was spectacular. Along with the antipasti platter we provided spinach artichoke dip and Italian desserts. We also had Italian style punch and lemonade that completed the whole Italian theme. The whole event was a great success.
