I hired John to cater an anniversary party for my parents. We had it in a hall and invited 140 people. He served roast pork loin with mushroom gravy, roasted red skin potatoes, peas and carrots and red skinned potatoes. For dessert, we had carrot cake. Everything was absolutely delicious and EVERYONE raved about the food. The pork was delicious and fork tender. And the carrot cake was a favorite of my parents and was to die for!! He was very willing to work with us in coming up with a menu that my parents would enjoy. He definitely went above and beyond what we were expecting. He was punctual and very professional. I can't think of one thing that went wrong or that I could make suggestions to improve his service! I would definitely hire him again and hopefully he booked more parties as many people asked me for his name!
