- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing complicated about our pricing. It is cut and dry - fair and square. The first initial visit is explained simply. "If you are looking for the cheapest price, most likely we may not be the Painting Company that you will hire". Generally, the cheapest price you will experience a lack of service and possibly quality, if not both". Normally, we tend to fall within the mid range of pricing. This ensures excellent service, detailed painters and superior product. These are the ingredients for the best end result. Nine times out of ten, our pricing tends to fall within the middle of (3) estimates. Our closing ratio for interior and exterior painting is quite high.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we introduce ourselves and suggest for them to scroll threw our Thumbtack painting pictures and reviews. We schedule an appointment if not the same day, within the same week. Onsite, we are able to provide them with a quote - at times we email them. Upon awarding Creative the job, we introduce them to a complimentary color consultation. This will include 8 x 11 color sheets. We find that at least 90% of our customers love this bonus! Painting and colors can be a daunting task - we make it simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on another certificate for interior design. I feel the more educated I am, the customer will feel more comfortable hiring an established, educated service worker. The additional certification also establishes trust in a business relationship. Ongoing education is a must with me and my employees. Although, color and visualizing the painting end result before it is done, is my innate skill.
