- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly flat rate and self explanatory. When preparing an invoice, it is always important to us to itemize everything, including our individualized services, separate from the parts or components.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the customer’s need, and assess the situation thoroughly and quickly. Although not everyone appreciates it, at Powell Labs we like to add a personal touch by getting to know our customers so we can better support them in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Founder of Powell Labs, I’ve been working on computers and other electronics for as long as I can remember, and have spent years researching and specializing in my field. Collectively, we have 40 years of combined experience in the field of Information Technology.
