The owner, Ali, was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. The furnace is now on and running. At this point, they were not able to fully check the ductwork, so I still need to confirm that the air is flowing properly throughout the house.
That said, based on my experience so far, I have no issues with the company and I believe if anything still needs attention with the ductwork, they would be willing to come back and finish the job properly. I appreciate their effort and professionalism.
