A love for service led David to a line of work in real estate and property management. Being from the Flint area David has a passion for its rehabilitation and ability to thrive. He wanted to provide affordable, accommodating and safe housing that would better the community and the lives of its inhabitants. Thus, the past 15 years David has worked to rehabilitate housing in Flint. During this time David once again went back to his roots of customer service, getting to know each of his tenants and their unique situations. This allowed him to ensure that they were able to secure and maintain the best housing for themselves and their family.
