I got married May 30th in West Olive MI. I had a photographer lined up and deposit paid. He was a acquaintance/friend that did amazing work. Though he usually don't do weddings I wanted to use him since I kinda knew em. Two weeks before my wedding I couldn't get ahold of him at all! So I decided to go back to Thumbtack and look back at my old original quotes and remembered Sydney had wrote me a message/quote. Someone I should have went with in the first place. I sent her a message telling her the story and if she was still available for that day. She responded right away and sure enough she was available! I know everything works out and happens for a reason! We had a good phone call conversation about all the details and how everything will pan out.
My wedding day ended up raining on and off and I didn't get to get married at the spot I originally wanted but looking at the sneak peak the next day I assure you there going to look beautiful! We got to go down to the beach and do a fun "romantics" shoot too. Her second shooter was a lot of fun as well very energetic/loud and on point with telling us what to do. Because mind you working with 16 people in our wedding party I am sure isn't the easiest! They managed to get quite a few poses/singles/family/details all while timing it with the moments the rain stopped. I haven't received all the photos just yet but I will update the post once I receive them. One tiny thing I was sad about was not getting them to shoot the sunset since it ended up being the best sunset I have ever seen! But so much going on at once kind of went over my head to tell them to stay or I assumed they were to stay. All in all I feel they did a good job and I am beyond happy with the few I got to see so far!

She took my senior pictures. At first I was worried that it was going to be awkward or hard to find a location to take the pictures, but she gave me great suggestions and didn't make it awkward at all. My pictures turned out way better than I could ever have imagined.
