- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is standard for most single-family residential properties. Additional fees may apply for high value or complex properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our new customer provides a property address, we will set up an appointment time for the appraiser to complete the field observation. After the field observation is completed, the appraiser will complete the appraisal report at the office and send the completed report with value back to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years of field experience and several continuing education courses. The appraisal industry is changing very rapidly. We work hard to keep up with the changing market trends and utilize new technology to provide an accurate, detailed report to our customers.
