- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for multiple gigs/bookings and for referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to call, text, or email with you. Alternatively if you are in the area we can grab lunch and go over the details in person! (Additionally, for Sorority and Fraternity parties, I provide a google doc for you to add music request to ahead of the party.) Then I provide an e-sign contract for you to sign and require a deposit to hold the date but I make it as easy as I can for you! I am 100% open for communication leading up to the event and usually show up 60 to 90 minutes ahead of the event. Beyond that I usually ask for feedback after the event and if there is anything else I could do better next time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two degrees in Business Management, 9+ years as a mixing-DJ, and 6+ years as a project manager, DJing is an art-form but I also make sure all the backend stuff is taken care of so you don't have to worry about the entertainment. Additionally I've competed in a state-wide DJing competition and have placed in the semi-finals out of 30+ deejays two years in a row.
