Molding or baseboards,
Let’s just say my review has nothing to do with the quality of work...never got that far...I was in a time crunch and had talked via email about getting an estimate...i was out of town over the weekend so wasn’t able to meet them...on Monday I left work to meet them...and nothing....took 4 days to tell me they had been busy...my feeling is 5 seconds to say we’re busy & either don’t have time to do the work or that it will be later in the week isn’t too much to ask...don’t feel that they were respectful of my time...small job so didn’t matterOct 20, 2017VerifiedBeene Concrete Construction LLC's reply
I appreciate this response more than her original review only because it contains 95% truth. Fact is we are a very small Company yet we take bigger and complex projects on a moments notice. We cater to our clients time, vision of project(s). We are most respectful to every client! Every client matters! Whether we are awarded the project or not...it matters. Now the human side of Business no one is perfect. Also to be more personal, I had a death in my family and its been hard on all of us. This is something you never want to explain. However, lets remember to always think the possibilities overall.
We had to patch up our ceiling after a tub leak. David exercised great decision making to minimize cost and match the patch to the rest of ceiling. Will hire again for future repairs.Mar 4, 2017Verified
I think bid for job was a little high in anticipation of removing some shingles. Job was completed with much less effort than expected. I think it would have been appropriate to reduce final charge to less than initial bid. Won't know is repair is successful until next wind and rain storm.Nov 15, 2016VerifiedBeene Concrete Construction LLC's reply
We estimate our projects based on what we see, as well as the unknowns and based on 35+ years of experience on Construction. We do our homework and use data to insure we are fair with our proposals. We estimated based on a patch and repair, and seal job, not replacement. We also accepted amother project that took us to the third level of the house using a conventional ladder. We took this add on project in agreement to the existing estimate. There are many variables in patch and repair, more importantly bery little guarantees. Thsnk you. Respectfully submitted.Type your response to this review.
David was very professional and worked diligently on the 2 projects I hired him to do. Both issues are fixed to my satisfaction and I would hire him again in the future.Jul 8, 2016Verified
Super responsive and hardworking. We didn't have huge projects but they said no job was too small, were thorough, cleaned up after themselves and the price was very reasonable. I'd would definitely recommend them in the future.Jun 26, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We charge per square foot, by the job or hourly, depending on what project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We typically start with a phone conversation, where we gather contact and relevant information to schedule an on-site appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied drafting/blueprint reading. My training has been ongoing as I started working for my dad who started this company in the late fifties.
