Our technician was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. It turns out that one of our grandsons had placed a coin in a slot, which shorted out the treadmill. He fixed that and proceeded to do maintenance that was needed. I would use this service again.

My overall experience was pretty good but I did not receive a receipt The technician said he would email me the receipt and also I need to follow up to have my belt replaced on my elliptical he said he would let me know the price and would send me a receipt I have not heard from him
