Deep or Spring Cleaning
I was told that window frames would be clean, but the tops of the frames were still dusty. I also noticed some of the walls that were supposed to be washed were not. For $700, I am disappointed a would not recommend.Sep 18, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If you would like to purchase hours for cleaning a home or business from our office with no quote, it will cost $40/hr. Extras would be inside oven, inside fridge, windows, carpet cleaning and any extensive tile and grout cleaning. For carpet, windows, refinishing floors, and tile and grout.. it all depends on the amount of sq ft and the distance you are from our office. For ongoing service, our customers receive a set rate for daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, and quarterly services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If a customer calls or emails, our office staff gets as much information about the project and ideas for what the customer is looking for. They will then set up a time for one of our staff to come meet with you (sometimes not always necessary if needed), take a look at what is needed, answer and ask questions and take notes. Our staff with then bring the quote sheet back to the office for the notes to put all together, a check list of whats to be done, and we send it out via Docusign. Its an online software that we use to create and send out documents. There are spaces for the customer to fill out if they would like to move forward. Once the Docusign agreement is filled out, our office sets your cleaning appointment (s) up via email or phone, whichever is most convenient. From the date we meet with you or see the job, we have quotes sent out within a week (Typically 2-3 days). If you need it sooner, we are happy to excel the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our cleaners, as well as my self, are continiuoly training and improving. We have monthly meetings to go over different types of training and procedures. In addition to meetings, we have rotate inspections on every client. This is where we inspect each home or business every so often, correct anything we find is missed, and report it back to the cleaner to ensure the best quality. This really helps our cleaners stay on top of every home and office as well as pushes them to always do better.
