Introduction: My coaching is very individualized. I ask a lot of specific questions to find out exactly what you want to achieve through coaching. Instead of having a specific program every client goes through, I work with you to develop the skill and tools which will be the most helpful to you. My favorite part of coaching is when clients have the "Ah ha!" moment. "Ah ha!" moments happen often, and are incredibly rewards as I see the skills and tools my clients are learning transform their experience of the world around them for the better.
