- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do vary and they depend on the type of hardware exists and the type of hardware the clients are interested in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we’re getting in touch to verify the client’s service request and to understand his needs better. From there it’s pretty easy, the only thing that’s left is to schedule a time for us to show up that’s comfortable for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is nothing we can’t do with More than 20 years of experience, commercial and residential. We are the masters of picking and opening locks.
