The technician came out to install a new smart system with keyed entry. I had purchased two separate brands for a top and bottom and was extremely knowledgeable and kind enough to educate me and my sister on how to use the smart system. I was super impressed by his work ethic and how in his integrity he showed me how to program the lock without viewing it himself and explaining how he could only go so far for our own benefit. Talk about impressive! He also offered to resolve a slight cosmetic problem with the lock I purchased because of manufacturing design and his resolution was flawless. I would strongly recommend to you, especially if you’re a female and have a concern, he is reassuring, explains what he’s doing, shows and asks you if you are satisfied with his work, and cleans up everything. This is one more business to keep stored in your contacts for any future need. Excellent customer service, he was the first to respond to my Yelp request and I’m a newbie to using Yelp. Loved the service I received and will definitely recommend to all who need this service. Thank you for a great and smooth installation! Very happy with my new locks!
