Very professional. Explained every step so I could understand what he did and why he did it without being condescending. Very pleasant demeanor. Fair prices. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed them before moving on with the preparation. The whole process only took about an hour and a half. He also got me a much larger refund than other companies estimated.
