I contracted Rod to design a logo for my band, Lightspeed. Rod was very quick with the turnaround on the design, and he gave us several options to choose from. He also listened to our feedback, and kept revamping the logo until it met our specifications. Ultimately, the work was so good, that we decided to use two different variations of the design: one for merch, and one for our banner. It was a very distinctive and unique emblem that received a lot of compliments from the crowds. Rod was a consummate professional that not only delivered on his word, but went above and beyond what was requested to get the job done right! I legitimately have nothing negative to report in regard to his work. I would highly recommend him for your graphic design needs.

Rodney did a fantastic job designing a logo for my school. We did a special kickball game for students and Rodney designed a really cool logo that the children loved. They ended up putting the logo on shirts, signs, and hats in anticipation of the big game. Not only did Rodney design the logo, he helped us come up with some ideas. He was able to provide quality work in a timely manner.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet, either in person, over the phone, or the Internet and discuss the scope of your project, set some basic expectations regarding what you are looking for, and when the project needs to be completed. My goal is to leave our initial conversation with enough information to start work on some rough drafts. Once you have reviewed the rough drafts and we have zeroed in on a specific direction, then we'll refine the design until you are completely happy with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Eastern Michigan University. My training encompasses traditional, as well as digital art. I am also a Certified ZBrush Sculptor under Ryan Kingslein's tutelage.
