- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for labor, plus the price for parts. We do not charge a service call “fee”. Our pricing includes a warranty on all parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate all new customers. We will work with you to identify any issues with your irrigation or lighting, and give you various options that fit your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
28 years in the irrigation and lighting industry. We are trained by Hunter and Rain Bird on an annual basis and are Hunter Certified.
