- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of packages and services. Talk to us for a customized quote. Included image product, print licenses, and whether or not retouching is included will show on our invoicing. Standard sessions include 7 retouched, print quality images delivered as a digital download. Favorites are selected from a larger proofing gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to me by email or the contact form on my website to schedule a phone call to discuss what you are looking for, or begin the reservation process. 20% non refundable retainer and signed contract required for most services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing my education in the photography field. No one will ever know it all, and I am committed to always learning and increasing my skill set. I've taken formal education photography classes, am a part of ASMP and their processes to educate their members, and have yearly subscriptions to educational resources that keep me up to date on technology, trends, and industry standards.
