What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most small jobs can be invoiced by time and materials. That is a good way if the customer might have to add things or make changes. Or, if the customer wants to have the total price in a contract, that is okay too.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father and grandfather built houses. I've been doing construction since I was 5 Years old.
