- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each product or service is a different price. If phone or computer needs to be left. 50% down is required for parts and to ensure item is picked back up. NO FIX. NO CHARGE!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
50% down and 50% upon completion. Most repairs are 24-48 hour turnaround time. NO FIX. NO CHARGE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have computer and cellphone repair specialists. Bachelors in computer science/engendering.
