My company had a last-minute need to get our windows cleaned before a client meeting. Not only was I met with great customer service, but they fit me in same day. I was scheduled for 1:30 and they showed up about 2 hours early, which was amazing. The guys who cleaned the windows were kind, polite, and wore masks. We have a lot of issues with hard water spots, as our sprinklers hit the front windows of the building. Other companies use a chemical and it works okay, but Window Genie used a razor and scraped off all of the residue and it made such a huge difference. The windows are spotless, there are no streaks, and they did it in such a timely manner. The cost amazing, the service was incredible, and we have nothing but good things to say about Window Genie. They went above and beyond, and our company will now be using their services exclusively. Highly highly highly recommend.

They did an excellent job cleaning inside and outside my windows (and I have 22 foot ceilings) and my front walkway for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
