Paul and his team were prompt and they work hard. They accomplished what looked like an impossible job in one day. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely consider them again for future work.

I had Pat do some weeding & edging of my yard, sidewalk, curb, driveway, deck area, foundation line & thenhaul away all the leavings. After we clarified the scope and agreed on a reasonable price, Pat and his crew were here on time, were great to work with, did an excellent job & then even went the extra mile & cleaned the leaves off my deck & hauled them away. My wife is ecstatic & there is not a single weed in my concrete driveway joints or cracks for the first time since we bought this house over 5 years ago. Top notch work by good people at a resonable price is why I hire through thumbtack. Would definitely hire Pat again.

My father taught us to always get three estimates for any job that needs doing. I not only learn something new from each contractor, but also get an idea about the range in prices. Paulsen Outdoor Transformations was not only the lowest bid (even though I originally thought it to be high before getting other estimates), but his team was personable and professional. They even showed up one morning in 30 some degree weather and snow showers to finish the job! I love our new hardscaping and planters so we not longer have to fight mud and weeds.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather more specific details, meet or discuss via telephones than give customer a general labor and material cost. It's than up to the customer if they are comfortable with the price range. If they are happy than we continue with with the fine details of the project. If they are not happy with the price range, we will scale back the scope of work to get into a more comfortable range.
What types of customers have you worked with?
