- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me this is not a job, itâs where my passion has guided me. I have been a professional entertainer just about all my life. I began playing guitar at 12 and started my professional career at 16. I have been in the music business ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
It really depends on the event I am providing the entertainment for. Letâs take a wedding, the sequence of events is one of the most commonly ask questions. I review a general order of events, for example, cutting the cake prior to dinner so that the staff can prepare the cake to be served. I provide starting points and then work to tailor the event to the wishes of the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That if an entertainer is doing it right it looks easy. Entertaining groups of people with diverse interests in music and entertainment isnât an easy task. But with the right preparation, planning and flexibility it will be seamless and entertaining for everyone.
