I have unmatched work ethic and always leave every client happy and clean. I have been cleaning residentially and a few businesses for many years now. I have tons of shining references and I work VERY hard. I’ve never had a single client that was not pleased with the job. I am willing to take on any level of cleaning work, from routine cleanings to deep cleanings. I am able to do one time cleans, once a month, every two weeks, and weekly. After our tenant moved out of our rental property we were pretty devastated about the condition of our property. Dog hair everywhere, dirt and just general filth. Matt came in for a whole day and took care of everything from the kitchen to the toilet, which we thought would need to be replaced. After we got back in the home, it finally felt like the task of getting it back to how we knew it wasn’t an impossible one anymore. We did some touch up work have now accepted and offer and are selling it to a happy couple. Thanks Matt for the great work. It wasn’t only the dirt, it was also the emotional factor involved in seeing that things weren’t as bad as they first seemed.

Hands down Matt is the best in his profession. I was in awe of his attention to detail and his skill at tackling tough jobs (my fridge!) What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote unique pricing per job as every client has different needs and requires different care. I am careful to always quote based on the level of work and time needed to do a great job and keep my clients happy and clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to get information from potential clients so I know what is expected of me for each job and can get an idea of the size of the job. I will then give a unique quote per job. Once my fee is agreed upon we will then book a time that works for both client and myself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me cleaning started out as a family business and I was eventually able to break into managing my own clients as I got more experience and many pleased clients.
