Introduction

I have unmatched work ethic and always leave every client happy and clean. I have been cleaning residentially and a few businesses for many years now. I have tons of shining references and I work VERY hard. I’ve never had a single client that was not pleased with the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote unique pricing per job as every client has different needs and requires different care. I am careful to always quote based on the level of work and time needed to do a great job and keep my clients happy and clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to get information from potential clients so I know what is expected of me for each job and can get an idea of the size of the job. I will then give a unique quote per job. Once my fee is agreed upon we will then book a time that works for both client and myself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me cleaning started out as a family business and I was eventually able to break into managing my own clients as I got more experience and many pleased clients.
