Introduction: We provide housecleaning and maid services. We clean the following: * Bedrooms - Beds -- Make the beds. If client has left clean sheets, change the sheets and proceed with making the bed look like something you'd see in Better Homes and Garden Magazine. - High-dust ceiling fans, the perimeter of the room, light fixtures and anything you might not be able to reach by hand. - Furniture -- Dust all furniture and use chemicals according to the surface you are cleaning. - Vacuum couches and area rugs. - Windex all mirrors and glass entry doors to the home including door walls * Living Rooms - High-dust ceiling fans, the perimeter of the room, light fixtures and anything you might not be able to reach by hand. - Furniture -- Dust all furniture and use chemicals according to the surface you are cleaning. - Vacuum couches and and area rugs. - Windex all mirrors and glass entry doors to the home including door walls - Floors -- Vacuum all rugs and carpets and wash any other type of floors. * Dining Rooms - High-dust ceiling fans, the perimeter of the room, light fixtures and anything you might not be able to reach by hand. - Furniture -- Dust all furniture and use chemicals according to the surface you are cleaning. - Table - Chairs -- Be sure to get support bars between legs of chairs. - Floors -- Vacuum all rugs and carpets and wash any other type of floors. - Wet work * Bathrooms - Dust light fixtures - Windex mirrors, metal towel rods and metal toilet paper holders (Use Pledge if they are wood.) - Sinks -- Scrub with sponges using soft scrub, rinse and dry. - Make the faucets and handles look really shiny using blue or microfiber rags and Windex. - Wipe down bathroom counters. - Showers -- Spray with bleach or scrubbing bubbles and scrub shower walls, shelves, benches and floors. Rinse and wipe down with a white Mr. Clean rag. - Tubs -- Clean the same as showers essentially. - Master Tubs -- Same as showers (see "Tricks of the Trade" section). - Do you have hard water problems? Use a soft scrub and bleach products and scrub! If the hard water is that bad, pour either the shower works or toilet bowl works on the really bad areas. Note -- When using the toilet bowl works, it will damage metal finishes of faucets and drains. Also, to avoid a blue stain occurring, you must rinse immediately. This should only be used if absolutely necessary. - Toilets -- Squirt the works in the toilet bowl and scrub with toilet bowl brush. Be sure to get up under the rim where a lot of mold and mildew builds up! Wash the outside of the toilet, the seat and the lid with a Mr.Clean rag and bleach. Be sure to spray the bleach on the rag and not the toilet because it can leave bleach drips and permanently change the finish of the toilet. If you are out of the works, a soft scrub can substitute for cleaning the inside of the bowl as well. - Porta Vac floors - Wash floors by hand * Kitchens - Appliances -- Wash the inside of microwaves and sinks, wash the outside of all appliances. Windex works on black appliances. - Stoves -- Pop the knobs off the stoves and wash under and all around them. Wash the knobs and pop them back on. - Gas stoves -- You need to put the grates in the sink and wash those. Spraying degreaser and letting them soak for a bit helps, so if they're really dirty. Let them soak while you do the rest of the kitchen, then put them back after drying them and then proceed to clean the sink. - Electric Stoves -- Pull the coils out, wash the drip pans, and put them in the sink to soak if need be. - Flat-glass cook-top stoves -- See "Tricks of the Trade" section. Spray degreaser if necessary and wipe down with a white Mr. Clean rag. - Counters -- Wipe down counters and counter items using white rags with Mr.Clean. - Granite Counters -- They can really be good at hiding dirt, so use light to see and your hands to feel for the dirt. Use the customers' granite cleaner if they provide it. If not, use Windex but only if the granite has been sealed properly; the customer's or special instructions should let you know otherwise. - Cabinets -- Wipe the front of cabinets specifically around the handles and cupboards around the stove/oven and cabinets below the sink. - Windex all mirrors and glass entry doors to the home including door walls. - Floors -- Porta Vac floors - Wash floors by hand or with mop. See special instructions but also pay attention to your time in the house -- note what type of floor it is and use the right chemicals accordingly! Make sure not to leave any spots. * Utility Rooms - Wash out laundry tub - Make faucets and handles shiny - Wipe down washer and dryer - Porta Vac floors - Wash floors and more + MORE

They did a great job for us. They arrived on time with their own cleaning equipment and supplies. They knew what to do and did it well. Very little supervision was needed, just showing them the rooms and what was wanted. I will use them again.
