They were so wonderful to work with throughout the planning process, and our flowers turned out beautifully. My bouquet was exactly what I hoped. I sent them pictures, and they did a wonderful job of creating bouquets that resembled what I had in mind. Unfortunately, I can't give five full stars because the day before the wedding when my dad went to pick up the flowers for our cake, she initially gave them another brides flowers, which they would have accidentally taken had my dad not double checked. When he did, there was a huge issue where they didn't have the flowers for the cake at all, called me and told me we could add them but that they weren't on my invoice. It turned out that she was looking at a completely different order but they still had to wait around because the flowers weren't ready once she realized who they were actually for. This caused a lot of stress for me the day before the wedding, and as a result I have to give them 4/5. I would definitely still recommend her as her work was beautiful and her prices were really amazing. Overall, we were happy with the service we received.
