- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide a local market analysis including comparables of the house. For high-end homes we can also get a 3rd party pre-listing appraisal so we set the price in-line with the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I complete the standard state con-ed courses along with many others that are relevant to the current market conditions.

Through my family who has been in real estate since 1970
