- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally we just do an hourly rate for moving services. For a truck and 2 guys, it is anywhere from $100-120/hour depending on the type of items being moved. That hourly rate includes all gas costs as well. Depending on project size, we will give flat rate quotes which cannot change unless additional services are provided. We do have a 2 hour work minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone call between the customer and APlus Moving takes place first, then we drive out to your home or business to see what kind of project you are looking to do. We either give you a quote on the spot or later that same day via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers are required to have CDL's (Commercial Driver's License) in order to drive the trucks and trailers. We have all the proper insurance requirements by the state of Michigan and are licensed through Michigan Movers Association
