I have a tri-level house so 2 roofs. I needed a ridge vent on one side and a roof on the other. the 1st meeting went great but went downhill from there. When it came to signing the contract they were late and ended with me calling to see if they were still coming. The week after the came and fixed our ridge vent. They did an ok job. A week later they called and said they were coming to do the roof on Friday. They dropped the material on my grass and never showed. I call that day trying to find out what was going on and never heard back. I called Monday morning and never heard. They did show up Monday after 2pm and got to work. At 8pm they were still working so we went outside. They had finished the roof and we're doing the ridge vent again. We called our contact again and couldn't get a hold of him. We left multiple messages and never got a response. Finally I called the headquarters. They didn't get an answer from our contact. In the end I guess his phone wasn't working for 6days. He did call and apologize but it was less then heartfelt. All in all the roof and ridge vent look good, but the customer service is terrible. We need the 2 part of our roof done and will not be going with them.

Jamie is right, the communication with her was poor. She had an active leak, we had a back log of a few weeks but since her job was small I tried to squeeze her in the schedule early. The bottom line we completed the roof on time and budget. I'm sorry for the delay and lack of communication we have seriously changed the way we communicate with the clients. We now use a calendar through email to help. You can understand roofing is very weather sensitive and hard to schedule in the future exactly.
