Introduction
My name's Kimmy, and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I provide my clients with health information, workout plans, nutrition assistance, and support throughout their journeys to healthier lifestyles. I assist my clients through phone calls and e-mails because I know it can be difficult to find the time to meet up for several workouts each week. After getting to know your information, you will be given a personalized workout plan (either at home or in the gym) that will be tailored to your needs. I will do my best to motivate you and push you to achieve all of your fitness goals.
