FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing over the internet is ball park until true measurements can be made. It is always bid with the mid-grade product priced. Some want top of the line; we have that, but the price will reflect that. Most want the middle of the road, which is more often the best bang for the buck. In order for us to give a rock solid price we have to see the job and know what the customer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are lead certified so there is continuing education in that field. The builders licenses are good for a certain time period then there is renewal. The salesmen licenses a good for a certain time as well. If there is a code change then there is notification or posting about it. Not to mention you are likely in this field of work to run into something new so looking into a matter you find new information about it. Someone is always trying to find a new and improved way to make the home more energy efficient so new education is most like always continuing.
