- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour to accommodate individual show needs. I add an extra hour to the total to accomodate for 30 minutes of set up and 30 minutes of tear down time. This is so you can tailor my time to fit your needs. To hold your date, I require a "one hour" NON REFUNDABLE down payment. This grts taken off of your final total. The week of the event, the remaining balance is due in full BEFORE the day of the event itself. This way, no one has to worry about money the day of the event. All money received is NON REFUNDABLE
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Its not so much continuing education, as it is just staying up to date on current popular music as well as classic hits, in all genres. It also helps to keep up with the newest technology and equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've played as a musician for 19 years in and outside of my area. I already had all the equipment, and was asked to do some DJ shows in the past, so I decided to give it a try. Now I've been a steady DJ for 3 years, and I really enjoy the atmosphere of a special event, and the high energy of a club show.
