- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding exactly what a customer needs. Giving customers good work ethics means good customer satisfaction. Being prompt on time and quick to get the job finished at a affordable rate keeps me in business. Talking with a customer explaining to them exactly what I have to offer and what I can do for them. Giving them different options to complete a job allows them to decide what direction they want to go and in the end I am able to give them exactly what they want to finish any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified custodial maintenance technician; I have a background in electrical, residential construction, general maintenance, landscaping and many other areas.
