Three generations of our family (7 adults and 4 kids) were together for the first time in several years and wanted some photographs to capture the moment. Doug was available with little notice, super responsive and easy to communicate with, and conducted a low key, pleasant photo shoot on the MSU campus. He sent the finished photos within 24 hours and even retouched one in which one child was not looking at the camera. The photo shoot was super casual - he did not pose us or spend a lot of time directing the group - but we're happy with the nice shots we received and grateful he made the process so easy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with introductions and spend a little time getting to know the client and their needs. I ask them some questions to get a feel for what they want the end product to look like.
